From idea to $3,200 MRR in 41 days

A solo founder rebuilt her late-payment chasing workflow as a $29/mo SaaS using nothing but Lovable, Supabase, and Stripe.

Anya spent two years freelancing and watching invoices drift 60+ days past due. Her spreadsheet of follow-up dates had grown into a part-time job. She wanted a product that would do what she did: detect overdue invoices, send escalating reminders, and stop when paid.

She did not write a single line of code. She wrote three things instead: a one-paragraph brief, a database schema sketched on paper, and a list of states an invoice could be in. She pasted all three into Lovable on the first day. By the end of the first afternoon, she had a working dashboard, an auth flow, and a CSV importer.

The next ten days were spent on the reminder engine, an edge function on a cron schedule that walks every overdue invoice, picks the right template based on days overdue, and sends through Resend. Anya tested it against her own clients first. Two of them paid within 48 hours.

She charged $29/mo from day one. No free tier, no trial. Just a 14-day refund. The first 30 customers came from a single Twitter thread where she shared the exact prompts she had used to build the app.

Что она поняла
  • , Ship to one real user (yourself) before you ship to anyone else.
  • , Charge from day one. Free tiers eat solo founders alive.
  • , Boring infra (cron + email + Stripe) beats clever architecture every time.
  • , Share the prompts publicly, they double as marketing.
