Who buys this
Operations and safety managers in companies of a few hundred people who track mandatory training in a spreadsheet and dread the audit.
Where to start in Lovable
Paste this into Lovable as the opening prompt. It sets up one screen and one job, which is easier to grow from.
Build a training platform for one company. An admin uploads existing material, a PDF policy or a recorded session, and the app turns it into a course: lessons, a quiz per lesson and a final test with a pass mark. Assign courses by department with a deadline, send reminders, and issue a certificate with a verification code. The admin dashboard shows completion per team and every attempt with its timestamp for an audit export.

Build order
- Import beats authoring. Companies already have the material and no time to rewrite it. Turning a policy PDF into lessons and questions in one pass is the reason they switch, not a nicer course editor.
- Questions need a source line. Store the paragraph each question came from and show it after the answer. This kills disputes about wrong questions and makes review by a subject expert quick.
- Build the audit export on day one. Who was assigned what, when they passed, which version of the material they saw. This table is what the buyer is actually purchasing, and it is very hard to reconstruct later.
- Reminders are the product. Completion goes from a third to almost everyone through a deadline plus three reminders plus a manager digest. Spend the effort there before adding badges.
Where this usually breaks
- Generated quizzes produce trick questions and ambiguous answers. Require a human to approve every question once per course version, and keep an approval flag in the data.
- Corporate buyers ask about single sign on in the first call. Support email links with a one time code from the start so you are not blocked, and treat SSO as a paid enterprise add on.
- Employees will try to skip video. Track watched segments rather than a completed flag, otherwise the audit trail proves nothing.
How it makes money
- Per active learner per month. Only bill people who opened a course that month. It removes the biggest objection in procurement.
- Course conversion service. A fixed fee for turning their existing binder into the first five courses. It is also how you learn the domain.
