Who buys this
Designers, small publishers and video makers who need a consistent visual set for one project and cannot license a photoshoot for it.
Where to start in Lovable
Paste this into Lovable as the opening prompt. It sets up one screen and one job, which is easier to grow from.
Build a storefront for selling generated visual packs. The creator defines a pack: a theme, a style recipe and the number of variants, then generates, culls and arranges the final set. Buyers browse packs, see full resolution watermarked previews, pay once and download a zip with the files and a plain licence text. Track which packs sell and which previews get opened without a purchase. Keep the generation tools private to the creator, the public side is a shop, not a generator.

Build order
- Sell coherence, not volume. A pack of twelve images that share light, palette and framing is worth more than two hundred unrelated ones, because the buyer's real problem is a project that has to look like one thing.
- Store the recipe with the pack. Prompt, model, settings and seeds go into the database next to the files. That is how you extend a pack six months later when a buyer asks for four more in the same style.
- Write the licence in plain words. State what a buyer may do: commercial use, print, resale of the file itself forbidden. Also state honestly that copyright rules for generated work differ by country and are still moving, because a buyer who learns that later asks for a refund.
- Protect the files before the payment, not after. Previews are watermarked and downscaled on the server, and the real files sit behind a signed link that expires. A public bucket URL guessed once means the pack is free for everyone.
Where this usually breaks
- Marketplaces and print shops have their own rules about generated work, and they change. Read the terms of every channel you sell through before you build the integration.
- Style prompts that name a living artist are a legal and ethical problem. Build the style vocabulary from materials, lighting and era instead, and block artist names in the input.
- Generation cost is real and most outputs are discarded. Track spend per pack and refuse to publish a pack whose cost exceeded its price before a single sale.
How it makes money
- One off pack sales. Simple to start and it tells you which themes people actually want before you commit to a subscription promise.
- Commissioned packs. A brand paying for a private set in their own palette is the highest margin work here, and the storefront is what makes them believe you can deliver it.
